Yes! You can gift or transfer your purchased sessions to family members or friends.

Where do the sessions take place?

Generally, we can hold the sessions both indoors, outdoors (in Calgary, Alberta) or online, as well as in the comfort of your own home. Since this is personal coaching, we can arrange something that best fits your needs.

Are any potential travel costs included in the price?

Not necessarily. As long as the chosen location is within my immediate area (approximately a 2 km radius), all transportation costs are included. If your residence or the selected location for our personal coaching session is further away, additional costs will apply.

How quickly can I expect results?

That depends entirely on your starting point and your desired goal. We will discuss this in our initial consultation, which is free of charge. More info here.
